Pioneer House Planning Application
An email was sent by the applicant’s agents to South Bucks District Council, after close of business on Monday 20 May, formally withdrawing the application for change of use and extension of Pioneer house. The application was due to be heard by the Planning Committee on Wednesday 22 May.
The applicant’s agents wrote:
Dear Sir
We are writing as agent, on behalf of the applicant Willmott Dixon (Construction Limited), to formally withdraw the planning application (reference 13/00271/FUL – Pioneer House, Hollybush Hill, Stoke Poges, SL2 4QP) for the following description of development:
“Change of use from offices to use as secondary school, incorporating caretakers residence. Extensions, remodelling and refurbishing of existing building and erection of ancillary buildings. Alterations to landscaping, access and parking provisions”.
Please note that this withdrawal is with immediate effect.
It should be a matter of formal record that this application has been withdrawn on the basis that we intend to rely on the Permitted Development Right (PDR), subject to Royal Ascent on 30 May, to use Pioneer House as the temporary site for Khalsa school for 1 academic year from September 2013
Please would you write to acknowledge receipt of this email and confirm that the application has been recorded as withdrawn
Any queries should be addressed to Guy Bransby of these offices in the first instance – contact details are below
Yours faithfully,
JONES LANG LASALLE LIMITED
