NEW PLANNING APPLICATIONS RECEIVED
15/01404/TPO Allerds, Stoke Wood, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4AU
Cypress (T1) – Fell
Parish Comments:- No objection subject to the arboriculturalists report.
15/01396/FUL 16 Penn Meadow, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4EB
Erection of two semi-detached, two storey dwelling houses.
Parish Comments:- Object. Our previous comments remain the same with the addition of policy EP4.
Previous comments were:-
Parish Comments:- Object. The following policies all apply:- EP3 (a), (b), (d), (e) & (f). TR5 (c). L10
(a) & (b). H9 (a), (b) & (d).
We have concerns about an oak tree nearby which has a TPO and is within the policies as listed deemed too close to build. Also concerned about a note on the plan for a 5m access which is not achievable.
Highways need to look at this closely as half of the 5m on the plan is private land belonging to number
15, therefore the access can be no more than 2.5m. PLUS EP4.
With regards to the oak tree TPO 13 2005, we believe this would still contravene policies that protect this veteran tree, it has not been properly demonstrated how this tree will be protected.
The drawings do not reflect the proposal to raise the structure 150mm above soil level, this in turn would have an impact on the elevations, for instance raising the ridge height and threshold levels.
We do not believe that enough time has been given for sufficient evidence that the biodiversity cycle will not be endangered or damaged. This could well be because the site has been completely cleared and trees removed before the original plan was submitted. Their actions show no serious attempt to the
Biodiversity issue.
The proposal is contrary to Core Policy 9 of the South Bucks Core Strategy.
15/01472/FUL 142 Rogers Lane, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4LN
Two storey front and side extensions. Replacement single garage.
Parish Comments:- No Comment
15/01382/FUL Sefton Park, Bells Hill, Stoke Poges, Bucks.
Canopy and alterations to windows and doors to front entrance.
Parish Comments:- No Comments
15/01422/FUL 50 Plough Lane, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4JP
Single Storey side and rear extension.
Parish Comments:- We have concerns that this will change the appearance of the street scene. If surrounding neighbours did the same thing these houses could easily become a linked terrace.
15/01057/TPO Sefton Park, Bells Hill, Stoke Poges, Bucks
Various tree works as outlined in application, to be carried out as part of planned maintenance works (SBDC TPO No. 12, 1998)
Parish Comments:- No objection subject to the arboriculturalists report.
15/01434/FUL Holly Cottage, Duffield Lane, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4AD
Construction of pitched roof over front dormer. Raise section of roof on front extension, raise dormer and construct canopy roof to side. Oak cladding to front elevation.
Parish Comments:- No Comment
15/01417/FUL Pinewood Nurseries, Wexham Street, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL3 6NB
Detached double garage.
Parish Comments:- Object GB1. Within the Design and Access statement is states “There is no domestic storage or garage related to this dwelling” However the applicants had previously received permission for a traditional double garage which was subsequently converted into an annex for the farmhouse Planning Permission 13/01313/FUL!!! This was a controversial development within the Green Belt won by appeal and we feel that the applicant having already obtained permission for a garage have now forfeited their right to further extend this further and this is now development by stealth.
Please refer to the past planning history on this site.
15/01451/FUL Grays Park House, Grays Park Road, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4JG
Removal of four rear doors and replace with 2 bifold doors on ground floor. Removal of 3 windows and replace with double doors and erection of balcony.

Parish Comments:- No Comment
15/01526/OUT Little Corner, Lakeside Drive, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4LX
Outline application for redevelopment of site to provide two detached dwellinghouses and construction of vehicular access.
Parish Comments:- Object, policies H9 and EP3 apply. The Character of Lakeside Drive is wide frontages. Increasing the density of housing stock will change the character and outlook of this unique road.
15/01507/FUL Miladys, Stoke Poges Lane, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4NP
Part two storey, part single storey side extension incorporating side dorner.
Parish Comments:- No objection subject to the GB 50% rules.

First floor rear extension.
Parish Comments:- Our previous comments to the earlier application number 15/00405/FUL still
apply, we had no objections subject to the 50% rules and asked for conditions to remove permitted
development rights. We are now concerned that this exceeds the 50% allowance and this application is
to extend it further and we Object.

15/01031/FUL 18 Broom Hill, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4PU
Front porch and single storey side/rear extension.
Parish Comments:- Object, policy HP11 (c) Applies. We are concerned about a semi-detached now
becoming a terraced property which will adversely change the street scence.
Refusal of Planning Permission
15/00992/FUL 1 Stoke Green Cottages, Stoke Green, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4HR
Proposed carport incorporating shed and canopy.
Parish Comment: Object. The canopy has been previously rejected by SBDC and we see no reason for that decision to be changed. The canopy and carport contravene the following policies; C1 a) i) – v), C1 b) i) – vii), GB1 (g) (i), (ii) & (iii) and H13 (b), (c) & (f). The drawn information provided does not satisfactorily show the existing and proposed elevations and plans. We feel this is an inappropriate development within a Conservation area.
