DELEGATED DECISIONS

APPENDIX 2

NEW PLANNING APPLICATIONS RECEIVED

15/01948/FUL Pinewood Nurseries, Wexham Street, Stoke Poges, Bucks.

Proposed agricultural building with new access road.

Parish Comments:-  We feel that this causes extra pressure in the Green Belt and is such a sensitive area so close to Wexham Park Hospital and that if minded to approve the applicants should definitely block up the existing access leaving just a driveway to the original house just inside.

15/01999/FUL Arklow, Church Lane, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4NZ

Replacement dwelling.

Parish Comments:-  Same comments as previous application:-  No Objection subject to the Green Belt 50% rules.

15/02041/FUL Torlum, Duffield Lane, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4AH

Replacement detached dwelling.

Parish Comments:-  Object, policies EP3 (d) & (e) and H9 apply.  This is adjacent to the Green Belt so the existing leafy characted needs to be respected.

15/02051/FUL 4 Elderfield Road, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4DE

Parish Comments:-  No Comment.

15/02081/FUL 3 Martins Plain, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4PH

15/02090/FUL 95 Vine Road, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4DQ

Sub-division of existing dwelling into two dwellings.

Parish Comments:-  The existing plans are not a true reflection of what is currently there?  They misrepresent the existing form and are misleading!  We have been informed that work has commenced on turning the garage into habitable accommodation.

15/02093/FUL 10 Wakefield Crescent, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4DF

Garage conversion to provide habitable accommodation.

Parish Comments:- No Objections.

Full Planning Permission

15/01617/FUL Framewood Nursery, Hollybush Hill, Stoke Poges, Bucks SL2 4QN

Full Planning Permission

15/01689/FUL 28 Decies Way, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4EF

Two storey side extension.

Parish Comments:-  No Objections providing it is within the boundary rules with regards to extensions

Full Planning Permission

15/01719/FUL Land between 43 & 45 Sefton Close, Stoke Poges, SL2

Two dwelling houses.

Parish Comments:- Object our previous comments apply which were:-

Object, Overdevelopment of site.  Policies EP3 (a), (b), (d), (e) & (f), H9 (a) and TR5 (c) all apply.   We do not believe that this development is in scale with the surrounding houses,   it is oversized.  The siting of the building would adversely affect the character and amenities of nearby properties, creating congested groupings of buildings and removes the spaces between the buildings.  It is overdevelopment and is crammed.  As a Parish Council we are currently dealing with problems of parking on pavements and grass verges making accessibility for pedestrians difficult and in some cases impassable.  These issues have a more significant effect on the elderly, infirm and persons with pushchairs.  We believe that this will lead to an increase of visitors which will mean more cars parking in an already congested, narrow cul-de-sac further exacerbating current issues.

In addition to these previous comments two dwellings would exacerbate the increase in traffic and parking problems, and policies TR5 (c) and TR7 apply.

Refusal of Planning Permission

15/01773/FUL Macs Farm, Farthing Green Lane, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4JQ

Re-roofing including increase in eaves height of existing agricultural unit.

Parish Comments:-  No objections provided that the old asbestos is removed by a qualified company.

Full Planning Permission

15/01264/TEMP Land to the West of, Wexham Street, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4HL

Temporary 12 month car park for approximately 400 vehicles.

Parish Comment:   Object GB1 (g) (i), GB5 (d), GB9 (a) & (c). If SBDC were minded to approve this scheme we would wish to be assured that the development would only be in place for one year and that full remediation would take place after that time, i.e. complete removal of all grass grid, resoil and seed, replace hedges and trees including repairing the hedge where the entrance was formed.  We have serious concerns that if approved this car park would become a permanent feature and could act as a precursor to other development.

Temporary Planning Permission

15/01714/CLOPED 17 Broom Hill, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4PU

Widening of existing dropped kerb.

Certificate of Lawfulness

15/01640/CLOPED 24 Neville Close, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4AQ
