To discuss residents request for support for measures to be considered to warn or calm traffic on the tight bend on Rogers Lane in light of a car causing extensive damage to a house.

To discuss and decide on plans and budget requirements for celebration already agreed to be held on 12 June 2016, in Bells Hill Recreation Ground.  Agreed to bring back from last meeting.

230/PC/16 – Beacon Lighting 21 April 2016

Agreed to bring back for further discussion from last meeting, falls on same evening as the APM.

231/PC/16 – Clean for the Queen

To discuss and decide details for the event to be held on 6 March 2016, and to note that this is Mother’s Day and decide whether or not to change the date to the 5th.

232/PC/16 – Chiltern & South Bucks Joint Local Plan

Update from the meeting held on 18 January where some Parish Councillors attended.

To discuss and decide on how to take part in the consultation.

Discuss reception details to be held on 18 March 2016, and to agree recipients of cup winners.

To discuss and seek member views on replacing hard copy agendas and minutes with electronic versions, deferred from January meeting.

To agree to set up a working party to look into updating the Stoke Poges Parish Plan, and to comment on the Local Plan consultation.
