Cllr Carter expressed a wish that it was minuted that she wrote to the District Council to request that they consider paying a larger percentage of the DCLG’s costs in the belief that Stoke Poges Parish Council and its residents have fought and paid all costs so far even though it was for the benefit of all residents within South Bucks who are also affected by the school. The hope was that the DC would agree as a gesture of recognition that these costs would be shared equally by all of the districts precept payers, however they refused and would only pay 50% of the costs.
