New lease was sent to solicitor to look over before signing and returning to SBDC. They require £1000 plus vat to advise of any issues and possible amendments to the lease. To Resolve to agree to accept the lease and its terms and approve the clerk to sign as it is, or to agree to pay for the solicitor to approve it.
To note tender process is now in operation.

Update from Cllr Carter & Cllr Crocker into what is involved by declaring Stoke Poges as a Neighbourhood Area prior to starting a new Parish Plan and to make any decision needed. Bought back from September meeting.

Report from Cllr Crocker on travel and accommodation update and arrangements.
To note that authority to spend on official courtesy visits is permitted under section 176 of the 1972 local government act, and to Resolve to agree that any costs incurred are vired from the general fund to section 137.
