014/F/16 Declarations of Interest

015/F/16 Minutes
To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 23 May 2016 – previously circulated.
016/F/16 Budget 2017/2018
To consider amounts to be included in the budgets for 2017/2018 (R & E items already done) and put forward a recommendation for the Parish Council Meeting to be held on 5 December 2016. Circulated.
017/F/16 Precept
To decide the recommended Precept requirement for 2017/18 for approval by the Parish Council Meeting to be held on 5 December 2016.
018/F/16 Projects/Reserves/General Fund
To consider monies held in the General Fund and Reserves & Consider any new projects. To make recommendations to the Council for the cancellation of any existing Reserves and / or any changes to the sums held. Circulated.
019/F/16 Fighting Fund
To note status of fighting fund. To resolve to vire from the general fund to the Fighting Fund reserve at the end of March 2017 for the final balance of £38052.46.
020/F/16 Website
As agreed with the internal auditor price comparisons for updating the website are circulated. To decide the way forward for the website ensuring best value and to decide who should be doing what work.
021/F/16 Recreation Grounds Play Equipment/RoSPA work
To approve quote for removing rotten wooden stepping stones and replacing with a rope bridge and smooth timber stones and balance logs on the big mound in Bells Hill Rec, whilst on site the contractor will complete all RoSPA works at both recreation grounds at a cost of £1300 for everything. Circulated.
To approve installing 3 tons of real stone boulders to replace already removed rotted logs at a price of £260 per tons. Circulated.

To note that internal controls of online banking are now in place two councillors are now signed up to authorise online bacs payments and a third is in process.
023/F/16 Visit to France in October – Etricourt-Manancourt
To note final costs to council, circulated.
