16/02149/ADV                    Unit C, Tabard Square, Bells Hill, Stoke Poges, Bucks

3 x Internally illuminated fascia signs and 1 x internally illuminated hanging sign.

Parish Comments:- No Objection.

16/02121/FUL                    Unit C, Tabard Square, Bells Hill, Stoke Poges, Bucks

Change of use from retail shop (A1) to mixed class coffee shop (A1/A3) with external seating.

Parish Comments:-  No Objection.

16/02130/FUL                    Harborgill, Park Road, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4PA

Portico incorporating first floor balustrade and rear balconies.

Parish Comments:-  We would like to comment that policy EP3 both (a) & (d) apply to this application.

16/02067/FUL                    29 Decies Way, stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4EF

Detached chalet bungalow.

Parish Comments:-  We are concerned about the access for vehicles from the point of view that Decies Way is already overstretched with parked cars.  We also have concerns around the publics access from other neighbouring houses who currently use the rear access for wheelie bins to and from the rear of their properties. We highly recommend that SBDC do a site visit.

If the conifer/cypress hedge remains it would cause no problems to any neighbours, but removing it would be a loss of an amenity.

16/02155/FUL                    South Lodge, Rickmans Lane, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4AF

Two storey rear extension.

Parish Comments:-  We believe that this was originally a tiny 2 bedroomed bungalow and has already been extensively extended, and therefore would now be over the 50% GB rules.

16/02182/RC                       1A Clevehurst Close, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4EP

Removal of condition 9 of PP 05/00096/FUL to allow for permitted development rights to be reinstated.

Parish Comments:-  Removal of condition 9 could act as a precursor and we would question why permitted development rights would now be removed after not being given in the first place?

16/02172/FUL                    Macs Farm, Farthing Green Lane, Stoke Poges, SL2 4JQ

Retrospective application for agricultural barn.

Parish Comments:-  Object, inadequate information on the drawings especially as the notes on the drawings relate to existing and proposed plans, this does not make sense.  This is a Green Belt site which has already been in conflict with enforcement.

16/02240/FUL                    2 Penn Meadow, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4EB

Part single/part two storey front/side/rear extension.

Parish Comments:- No Comment.

16/02290/CAN                    Stoke Poges Memorial Gardens, Church Lane, Stoke Poges, SL2 4PB

Various tree works.

Parish Comments:-  No objection subject to the arboriculturalists report.

16/01839/FUL                    Anand, Fir Tree Avenue, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4NN

First floor rear balcony to master bedroom.

Parish Comments:-  No Comment.

Full Planning Permission

16/01823/CLOPED           Oak Housem Hollybush Hill, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4PX

Single storey rear extension.

Certificate of Lawfulness

16/02004/GPDE 43 Vine Road, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4DW

Single storey rear extension.

Prior Approval Not Required.

16/01995/GPDE Parkfield, Farthing Green lane, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4JQ

Single storey rear extension.

Prior Approval Not Required.

16/00907/FUL                    Kulm, Stoke Wood, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4BA

Part single storey/part two storey/part first floor side/rear extensions incorporating attached garage and orangery (Amendment to PP 15/02397/FUL)

Parish Comments:  This property is in Green Belt and we believe it has already had several

extensions.  In view of this we would ask that you are mindful of the 50% rule.
