This was originally a bungalow which has grown over the years and we believe would now be over the 50% green belt rules. The 3rd storey is completely out of character, the original dwellings in this road are moderate to small sized dwellings. We believe this is being used as a HMO and we believe the new house will be used for the same reasons!
