Chiltern District Council and South Bucks District Council are currently reviewing our powers of dog control and anti-social drinking in public spaces, and we would like to hear your views.
The results of this consultation will inform our plans for the introduction of new Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs). PSPOs are one of a number of new powers introduced by the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. They are designed to stop individuals or groups committing anti-social behaviour in a public space which is having or is likely to have a detrimental effect on the quality of life of people in the area.
To help us carry out this review, we would like to invite you to complete our consultation here.
The deadline for responses is Sunday, 14 May 2017. For more information and a link to the consultation go to www.chiltern.gov.uk/PSPO or www.southbucks.gov.uk/PSPO.
