MINUTES of the Meeting of the Planning Committee held on Monday 15 May 2017 at 7.30pm in the Lionel Rigby Room at the Village Centre, Rogers Lane, Stoke Poges
Present:- Cllr Carter (Chair), Mr Duncombe, Mr Harris, Cllr Hoskins & Cllr Taylor.

001/PL/17 – To Elect a Chairman for the coming year.
Cllr Hoskins proposed that Cllr Carter be Chairman for the coming year, this was seconded by Cllr Taylor. RESOLVED to agree all in favour
002/PL/17 – To Elect a Vice Chairman for the coming year.
Cllr Taylor proposed that Cllr Crocker be Vice Chairman for the coming year, this was seconded by Cllr
Hoskins.Cllr Crocker was not present but had previously agreed to re-stand if required. RESOLVED to
agree all in favour.

Part two items:- To discuss any possible unlawful buildings or business’s which have not been granted enforcement notices and therefore are not public.
