                        To approve Mr B T Dancer as internal auditor for 16/17. 17/18. 18/19 & 19/20.

 

008/F/17          Bad Debt

Courthouse Clinics who advertised in the SPN went into liquidation owing £210.  Liquidators have sent a cheque for £10.50, to agree to write off  the balance of £199.50.

 

009/F/17          Bank Accounts

To discuss and decide about closing the Barclays Bank Account as advised by the auditor.
