To approve the minutes of the R&E Committee held on 27 February 2017 (previously distributed)
008/RE/17 Football Bells Hill
To agree to continue to rent the facilities to both football clubs for the season 17/18.
009/RE/17 Nettleship Wood
To note that a new tenant will be taking the Frank Solari field from 1 June 2017.
To discuss and decide how to repair entrance across to the Frank Solari field, ideas and quotes to be tabled and discussed and decided.
010RE/17 Bells Hill and Plough Lane Recreation Grounds
Update on grants for new Jogging Path.
RoSPA reports have been received, to agree to add to budgets in November enough money to carry out some essential works highlighted.
To note that the basket swing frame in Bells Hill was condemned and has been taken out of action. To note quotation to replace the frame with a metal one to match other equipment. To decide on replacing the frame.
011/RE/17 Pavilion
To note snagging meeting to be held in July with Heighways Associates before asking the PC to sign off the retention.
To discuss and decide on new Pavilion signage.
012/PC/17 Bells Hill Green
To note a new tree has been installed on the Green from the horticultural society.
Update on Friends of Bells Hill working party. To look at costs to install an outside tap.
Update on Hanging Baskets and troughs. To look at costs to install flowers at the entrances/exits to Stoke Poges signs.
013/RE/17 Allotments
Update from Cllr Cox on allotments, to decide on any further action required.
014/RE/17 Litter Picking Event
To resolve to agree whether or not to purchase our own litter pickers for the planned future events or to carry on borrowing from SBDC.
015/RE/17 Bins
To resolve to agree to install two new litter bins at two bus stops which do not have any at present. Cost around £450 each.
016/RE/17 Trees
To note that an item about roadside trees was on the recent Clerks meeting at SBDC which was attended by the SBDC tree officer? To decide what action to take. (Information circulated)
