(PATCHING PROGRAMME) (DECEMBER TO MARCH 2017)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER, 2017
BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order, which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding,
except for access, in those lengths of various roads in various Parishes in the South Bucks District as specified in the
Schedule below.
The alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closures are specified in the Schedule below.
The closures are required whilst patching works take place and it is anticipated that the works will all take place between
18 December 2017 and 23 March 2018 when signed and will continue for a period not exceeding eighteen months or
until the said works have been completed whichever is the earlier. The closures will be in place on the days/nights they
are signed and between the hours specified in the Schedule below.
The Order will come into operation on 18 December 2017 when the appropriate signs are lawfully displayed. Penalties
for not observing these restrictions will be as prescribed by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Road Traffic
Act 1991.
SCHEDULE – “AR” = Alternative Route Duffield Lane, Stoke Poges for the entire length of the road. 0700 hours and
1900 hours. AR- Templewood Lane, Gerrards Cross Road, Bells Hill and Rogers Lane. Templewood Lane, Stoke Poges
for the entire length of the road. 0700 hours and 1900 hours. AR- Gerrards Cross Road, Bells Hill, Grays Park Road,
Park Road and Beaconsfield Road. Green Lane, Burnham from junction of Dorney Wood Road to its junction with The
Fairway. 0700 hours and 1900 hours. AR- Green Lane, Longmead Lane, Dorney Wood Road, Littleworth Road,
Dropmore Road, Fairfield Road and Britwell Road.
