Pergola currently installed at Bells Hill

As part of Stoke Poges Parish Council’s exciting plans to landscape and improve the green between the shops and surgery at Bells Hill, the Council has decided that the existing pergola is surplus to requirements.

Accordingly, the pergola is offered for sale by sealed bid tenders. The pergola is sold as seen. The successful bidder must be prepared to dismantle, uninstall and remove the pergola from site and make good by 31 March 2018. No work may start before payment has cleared and has been confirmed to the buyer.

Offers in excess of £150 should be submitted to the Clerk to the Parish no later than 7.30 pm on Monday, 12 February. The bids will be opened at the Parish Council meeting that evening and the highest bidder will be announced and contacted following the meeting.
