Item requested by Cllr Crocker regarding verges being ruined by school buses and parents collecting children from the bus, and children’s safety crossing the main road. To discuss and decide any action. Details circulated.

262/PC/18 – Stoke Court Development – Comer Homes
Following a meeting with members of the Planning Committee these items were agreed to be put on this agenda for an update, discussion and decision.
- Comer Homes are open to discussing Gray’s Walk in relation to Duffield Lane residents. Comer Homes have no desire for any public access to Gray’s Walk which could exacerbate parking problems on Duffield Lane, or more widely in Stoke Poges.
- Discussing ring-fencing s106 funding for traffic solutions and parking management.
- Comer Homes / Savills / SP Broadway would consider joining the SPPC ‘Parking Working Party’ in the capacity of landowner not developer.
- The PC opinion on the possibility of extra parking on site though this is a GB area
