To note jogging trail start date 6 August 2018.
010/RE/18 Pavilion

011/RE/18 Bells Hill Green
Update on Friends of Bells Hill working party.
To decide any further works and costs.
012/RE/18 Allotments
Update from Cllr Cox on allotments.
Request from allotment holders to do something with the lock on the new height barrier/lower gate. Difficult to get to and to unlock due to the nature of the padlock. Suggestion from supplier is to cut open or remove the lock-box giving free access to the padlock; however this removes a large element of security allowing the padlock to be easily cut off for illegal entry. You also have to climb under the gate to access the lock which is proving difficult for some holders. To decide whether or not to change the current set up and how. To decide whether or not to replace the padlock and keys for every allotment holder and whether to make a walk through access next to the gate to get to the padlock.
To note that the clerk and the council chairman were contacted by an allotment holder to make a decision on allowing scalping’s from Duffield Lane roadworks to be loaded into the allotments by BCC to be used on the car park. Both refused to give permission without council approval.
013/RE/18 Tree Inspections on Duffield Lane
To note that tree report has been received and identified a large amount of work required. To decide which works are priority and agree to the costs for those to be carried out. To decide on when to schedule in not so urgent works and agree costs.
014/RE/18 Christmas Lights Ceremony/Bells Hill Green
To note that during tree works on the Hollybush Hill side of the road and the felling of trees some lights had to be removed and disconnected by Lamps and Tubes and taken back to their depot for storage. This means that a new trench needs to be dug to take the supply to the next nearest tree and installation of new cables. Quote circulated to be approved.
015/RE/18 Litter Picking Event
To decide on any more litter picking dates.
016/RE/18 Outdoor Cinema 7 September 2018
