MINUTES OF THE FINANCE AND GENERAL PURPOSES COMMITTEE OF THE STOKE POGES PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON MONDAY 11 JUNE 2018 AT 9.11PM FOLLOWING THE FULL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING IN THE LIONEL RIGBY ROOM AT THE VILLAGE CENTRE, STOKE POGES, SL2 4LP
Present:- Cllr Fox (Chair), Cllr Bagge, Cllr Carter, Cllr Crocker, Cllr Finan and Cllr Lynch.

MINUTES
001/F/18 To Elect a Chairman for Finance for the coming year 18/19.
Cllr Finan proposed that Cllr Fox be Chairman for the coming year, this was seconded by Cllr Carter, RESOLVED to agree, all in favour
002/F/18 To Elect a Vice Chairman for Finance for the coming year 18/19.
Cllr Crocker proposed that Cllr Lynch be Vice Chairman for the coming year, this was seconded by Cllr Carter, RESOLVED to agree, all in favour.
003/F/18 Apologies for Absence
APOLOGIES were received from Cllr Hoskins.
004/F/18 Declarations of Interest
Members to declare any personal interest in any item of business as defined in the Code of Conduct 2012. If that interest is a disclosable pecuniary interest as defined in the Code; the member should withdraw from the meeting for that item.

005/F/18 Minutes
RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 13 November 2018 which were signed by the Chairman.
006/F/18 Accounting Package
NOTED that the clerk has today received her final training session on the package and will now be using it full time.
007/F/18 Projects/Reserves/General Fund
CONSIDERED monies held in the General Fund and Reserves & Consider any new projects. To make recommendations to the Council for the cancellation of any existing Reserves and / or any changes to the sums held. RESOLVED to agree all in favour to make no cancellations or changes.
