Update on permission from Persimmon to site the defibrillator on their land, and application to the Mobbs Memorial fund, brought back from last meeting.

Brought back from last meeting regarding MUGA and noise issues.  To discuss and decide any further action.

Brought back from last meeting after agreeing to purchase new furniture but clerk to obtain quotes.  To note that the clerk has purchased second hand furniture for the office with the stationary and equipment budget.

235/PC/19 – Apology Request

Item requested by Cllr Hoksins with regards to seeking an apology from the Round Robin administrator after criticising all councils and in particular one named Parish Councillor.

236/PC/19 – Edge IT Systems Year End

To note that the clerk has signed up for an all-day Webinar on 7 March 2019 to learn the year end procedure for the accounts system.  Additional help which may be needed is charged at £45 per hour.

237/PC/19 – Green Belt Settlement Review – Wexham Street

To discuss and decide on any response.

238/PC/19 – SLCC Conference

To agree that the clerk can attend this year’s conference 1-3 October 2019.  Total cost to be taken from the training budget of £515

239/PC/19 – Reception 22 March 2019/Reception Cups

To re-discuss and decide recipients of cup winners for reception, clerk to inform recipients.

To agree arrangements for reception are the same as previous years so that invitations can be sent out.

240/PC/19 – Outdoor Cinema

To agree film.

To note survey and agree any response from the Parish Council
