Object, we have serious concerns about this, appendix 9 & 10, H12, H13, GB2 (g) i, ii, iii, iv & v all apply. Please refer to the many previous planning refusals and appeals.
We also agree with the previous refusal reasons from SBDC. We have seen the letters purporting to be from tenants, has it been checked that these were on the electoral registers when they say they were living there or have you seen any other evidence that confirms their residency.

Parish Comments:- We have no objection in theory, however we have concerns over the use of the applications permitted development buildings in calculation! We believe that if planning permission is granted then the permitted development rights should be removed.
We object to the style of the proposal which is contrary to the South Bucks Townscape Character Study dated July 2015 in particular to section 3.3 Woodland Roads. The character of the homes within these settings are in general to be of an asymmetrical and informal architectural composition and this is not!! Policies EP3 (f) and H9 (a) apply.
This proposal, if permitted, would be likely to act as a precursor of further applications for similar types of development within this part of the Green Belt, which the District Planning Authority would find increasingly difficult to resist and which, cumulatively, would further seriously prejudice the openness of the Green Belt and the aims and objectives of the Green Belt Policy.

The installation of temporary classrooms arranged in single storey block and a double storey block for a temporary period until the 1st March 2019 (Retrospective)
Parish Comments:- Object. Previous comments apply which were:-
OBJECT in Green Belt. Policies GB1, EP3 (a), (b), (c) & (d) all apply as well as TR5 & TR7 as we are assuming they are required to house students that cannot be accommodated in the existing building. This will result in more traffic which the surrounding areas cannot accommodate. The 50% Green Belt rules also apply. If minded to approve there must be strict conditions that they come down in March 2019 and permission is NOT extended. These temporary buildings are sighted close to neighbouring properties and will lead to loss of privacy and an increase in noise disturbance. Therefore if minded to approve we ask that the blocks be reversed so that the single block is nearest the boundary and the two storey sited nearest the existing building so that the double block does not overlook into the neighbouring properties and cause them loss of privacy. We would ask that the trees remain undisturbed. These temporary buildings will, in our view, negatively impact the open nature of the area.
