Update from meeting with Cllr Crocker and Clerk with South Central Ambulance member and advice given, to make any further decisions.

Update and any decisions required. Proposal to purchase branded high visibility jackets for volunteer wardens (costs to be tabled).
283/PC/19 – Village Centre
To ratify agreement made at last meeting under item 254 to pay the Village Centre £1800 towards the cost of the alarm system repair, which was proposed by Cllr Carter and agreed by all.
284/PC/19 – Merchant Navy Day 3 September 2019
To agree to fly the flag on Merchant Navy Day and decide whether to hold a small ceremony.
285/PC/19 – Bells Hill Recreation Ground Grass
Recommendation from the grounds man contractors to re-seed the whole of the grass areas due to the extreme weather last year causing the grass to die and moss issues. Football pitch is not good and needs to addressed. Quote £2000 to include the machinery, labour and grass seed. To decide.

(FROM FINANCE NOVEMBER 2018) Meeting should have been held on 25 March to consider!
Cllr Bagge proposed to consider monies held in the General Fund and Reserves & Consider any new projects be re-discussed at an extra meeting next year on March 25 2019, to then make recommendations to the Council for the cancellation of any existing Reserves and / or any changes to the sums held, this was seconded by Cllr Crocker, RESOLVED to agree all in favour.
