Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of two detached houses with associated carports, hardstanding and relocated vehicle access.
Parish Council comments: Object C1 a&b, H9 a&b, EP3 a,b&c. One dwelling would be more in keeping to preserve the openness and amenities within the conservation area.

PL/19/1500/FA 32 Deans Close, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4JX
Single storey rear extension.
Parish Comments:- No comments

PL/19/0594/FA Park House, Park Road, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4PA
Erection of boundary wall and gate and relocation of vehicle access.
Parish Comments:- The original planning application n PL/18/3727/FUL was NEVER received by the Parish Council so no comments were submitted, however we have looked at both applications and NOTHING has changed. Therefore we Object for all of the same reasons given in the officers report for the first application:-
The brick wall, railings and gates would have an angular, hard edged and artificial built form that would be at odds with the natural openness and rural character of the area. As such, it is considered that the proposal is a form of development detrimental to the openness of the Green Belt and would constitute inappropriate development in the Green Belt. Furthermore, the proposal would appear out of keeping with the semi-rural character and would detract from the amenity of the area. No very special circumstances exist to outweigh the harm to the Green Belt and other harm identified. The proposal therefore conflicts with policies GB1 and EP3 and fails to accord with advice set out in Section 13 of the NPPF (2018).

PL/18/3787/OA Land on the North Side of Templewood lane, Stoke Poges, Bucks
Outline application for siting of 8 gypsy and traveller pitches (all matters reserved)
Parish Council comments: Object GB1, TR5c, NPPF 143-146. There is no caravan currently on the site. This development will lead to a multi occupancy and is not a minor intensification. The applicant has not demonstrated any special circumstances. There is no public transport along Templewood Lane.
Under the Townscape Policy para 3.3this lane is classed as a Woodland lane, it is a semi natural landscape that should be protected against intensification and other forms of development. There is no mature tree line along the curtilage so no obscurity can be offered. Traffic lights were installed to ease the volume and speed of the traffic approaching the B416 as this lane is used as a cut through to avoid Slough.
Hereby Refuse Permission
PL/19/1533/FA 38 Freemans Close, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4ER
