Brought back from last meeting to arrange first meeting of the working party which includes Cllr Bagge, Cllr Carter, Cllr Crocker, Cllr Finan and Cllr Fox.
099/PC/19 – Bells Hill Recreation Ground Bench
Item requested by Cllr Finan to re-site a bench in Bells Hill Recreation Ground, to decide.
100/PC/19 – Recreation & Environment Meetings
To discuss and decide whether or not to add these meetings on after a Full Parish Council meeting like we have done with Finance. If agreed next meeting would be on October 14 after Full PC instead of 28 October!
101/PC/19 – LAF Transport Project applications 2020/21
To decide if we want to submit a project to be 50% funded by the Parish Council. Circulated
102/PC/19 – Charity Butt Bins
Request from Cllr Carter and a resident to discuss having one of these bins at the Bells Hill Green maybe at the Co-op. Information previously circulated.
103/PC/19 – Tree Works in Bells Hill Recreation Ground
Work is required on trees in the rec as per the attached quotation. To decide.
104/PC/19 – Land alongside the Tennis Courts
To discuss and decide on the possibility of placing a container on this strip of land to house the sleigh.

Meeting held with A & M Fencing to discuss ways of making the MUGA less accessible when locked and make less noise. Quotation circulated for works that could be carried out. To decide.

To discuss and decide about councillor’s having a parish council email address which is good practice now due to data protection.

To re-discuss and decide on the possibility of going paperless.

To discuss and decide on Cllr Crocker’s findings on a high interest account with no withdrawal for one year to gain 1.10% interest. Circulated.

To note that the CCLA signing has been updated and to note funds and make any decision on whether to leave them or withdraw. Circulated

To note that Cllr Carter and Cllr Crocker met with four members of the Planning Department and now have a better understanding of the process and have promoted a better working relationship.
