MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE RECREATION AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE OF THE STOKE POGES PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON MONDAY 10 OCTOBER 2019 AT 8.45 P.M. FOLLOWING THE FULL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING IN THE LIONEL RIGBY ROOM AT THE VILLAGE CENTRE, ROGERS LANE, STOKE POGES, BUCKS, SL2 4LP
Present:- Cllr Bagge (Chair), Cllr Fox and Cllr Lynch.

In the absence of the Chair and Vice Chair, the Committee elected Cllr Bagge to chair the meeting.

APOLOGIES were received from Cllr Carter, Cllr Cox and Cllr Crocker.
020/RE/19 Declarations of interest
Members to declare any personal interest in any item of business as defined in the Code of Conduct 2012. If that interest is a prejudicial interest as defined in the Code; the Member should withdraw from the meeting for that item.

021/RE/19 Minutes
RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the R&E Committee held on 24 June 2019 which were signed by the Chairman.
022/RE/19 Football Bells Hill
Clerk asked to remind team to remove old goal posts.
023/RE/19 Nettleship Wood
Update on Frank Solari Field given by Clerk, all good, tenant made a good job of field and horses are happy and well looked after, Cllr Fox agreed.
024/RE/19 Bells Hill and Plough Lane Recreation Grounds
Cllr Bagge raised anti-social behavior with BCC officers who had engaged with the police. There have been no recurrences of anti-social behavior reported since the summer.
MUGA requires a jet wash, RESOLVED to agree all in favour for clerk to get quotes and go ahead using maintenance budget.
025/RE/19 Pavilion
All good nothing to report.
026/RE/19 – To agree price increases for the following for the budgets for the financial year 2020/2021.
CONSIDERED and Cllr Lynch proposed a 2.5% increase to all of the following rounded up, this was seconded by Cllr Fox, RESOLVED to agree all in favour.
Football Teams
Annual rent costs for 2020/21 for budgets for all teams.
Paddocks
Annual rent costs for grazing contracts and annual increase for 2020/21 for budget.
Pavilion
Annual rent costs for 2020/21 in new pavilion for budgets for all
Uniformed groups.
Allotments
Annual rent costs and annual increase for 2020 for budget.
Tennis Club
Annual rent costs and annual increase for 2020/21 for budget.
027/RE/19 – To agree any payment increases for the following for 2020/2021
CONSIDERED and Cllr Lynch proposed a 2.5% increase to all of the following, this was seconded by Cllr Fox, RESOLVED to agree all in favour.
Playground Inspections/Litter Picking
Annual increase for 2020/21 for budget.
Pavilion Management
Annual increase for 2020/21 for budget..
028/PC/19 Finance Budgets 20/21
NOTED and AGREED to add 2.5% to all R & E budgets with the exception of Bells Hill Green Maintenance which is 3% and the Grass Cutting Contract which is 4% to be ratified after any further changes at the Finance and General Purposes meeting on 11 November 2019.
