Update from Cllr Carter and to note that letters have been sent.  Report from Chiltern Woodland project after initial visit, to discuss and decide further options.

258/PC/20 – Local Area Forum

Brought back from January & February meeting, Cllr Bagge to update on another site meeting for confirmation of Rogers Lane Feasibility Study – To agree the scheme and costs to the Parish Council.

259/PC/20 – Defibrillator

To note SSE have agreed siting of defibrillator on the substation at the green.  Quote from electrical contractor to install tabled, to decide.

260/PC/20 – Litter Picking

Update on litter picking event on 7 March 2020.

261/PC/20 – Survey of Drains, Gullies, Ditches & Gutters

Request from Cllr Carter to resolve to write to Buckinghamshire Council’s Head of Highways and Transportation, identifying locations where highway drainage has not coped with recent rainfall and seeking a time-bounded action plan for flooding in each location to be mitigated.

To note and agree meeting dates May 2020 to April 2021. Circulated.

To consider quotation to secure the MUGA from people being able to climb up and over the top when it is locked.  Circulated.

To note lease is in process of being signed.

265/PC/20 – Best Kept Village Competition                  

To note that the Recreation and Environment committee agreed to enter this year’s competition, details circulated.  To discuss and decide a time line for getting ready etc.

266/PC/20 – Parking at Bells Hill Recreation Ground

To note that quotes have been obtained for signage, bollards and yellow lines at the entrance to the recreation ground. Circulated. To decide.

267/PC/20 – Parking at Hastings Meadow

Request from resident who has been advised by County to contact Parish Council about issues at Hastings Meadow.  Correspondence circulated.
