To note that the community board have approved the Rogers Lane parking bay scheme with the Parish Councils 50% match funding already agreed. Circulated.
Applications for funding for project is 2021/22 are now open, deadline is 31 October 2020 – To decide.

To note that 5 councillors turned up and 1 member of public. To agree to hold future events next year on Saturday mornings only to attract more people to help.

To agree to co-opt Cllr Egleton onto the committee which has a vacancy.
075/PC/20 – Resurrection of home deliveries for the vulnerable.

Item requested by Cllr Carter to discuss alternatives and decide.

To discuss and decide about whether to hold any event this year, advice to the Clerk is that all events are cancelled apart from wreath laying with social distancing in place.

Brought back from last meeting, Clerk invited a member to attend the public session to explain further.

Brought back from last meeting, Cllr Egleton and Cllr Bagge to find out negotiation process and report back.
080/PC/20 – Annual Return/Audit
To note that the Annual Return has been approved by the external auditors with no comments, and the notice of completion placed on the website and boards.
081/PC/20 – Plaque on Green
Brought back from last year, to agree either a plaque on the bench outside the co-op or a stake to be placed beside the bike racks. Previously agreed that something could be placed but asked for designs and wording. To decide, circulated.
082/PC/20 – Grass Cutting/Maintenance Contract
Contract ends 31 December 2020, current contractor happy to proceed on a yearly rolling contract with a 3% increase to current charges for 2021. Circulated To decide.

Contract ends 31 December 2020, current contractor happy to proceed on a yearly rolling contract with a 3% increase to current charges for 2021. Circulated To decide.

To agree to continue with verge weed killing twice yearly at £450 per application. Quotation through via our preferred method. Agreed to bring back each October for decision.
