Stoke Poges Parish Council’s Application for a Neighbourhood Area Designation

Decision Notice
Thank you for your letter of 21 December 2020 to request that the entire Stoke Poges parish be designated as a Neighbourhood Area.

I am pleased to inform you that on 23 December 2020, the Director, Planning & Environment used his delegated power to declare that the whole of Stoke Poges Parish Council area has now been designated as a Neighbourhood Area in accordance with Regulation 5A of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 as amended.

We suggest that you publicise the designation to bring it to the attention of people living and working locally.
