AMENDED PLANS FOR INFORMATION

NOTED APPENDIX 3

PLANNING DECISIONS

PL/20/3222/FA                  Magnolia Cottage, Wexham Street, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL3 6NB

Single storey side extension

Parish Comments: – No comments so long as that does not breach the Green Belt 50% rules.

Hereby Permits

PL/20/3226/FA                  The Chimes, Chapel Lane, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4QJ

Extension of existing dropped kerb and resurfacing of existing driveway and front garden.

Parish Comments:-  Object, This property is in a Lane in the Green Belt which has certain character properties in line with the Woodland Townscape Character Study, and we do not feel it necessary to remove a complete verge as it would become an urbanising feature, a dropped kerb would be enough.  This will have a detrimental impact on the neighbours, and they will have no-where to place their refuse bins weekly.

Hereby Permits

PL/20/0995/FA – Jasmine Lodge, Keens Acre, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4QA

Parish Comments:- No comment

Hereby Refuse Permission

PL/20/3069/FA                  11 Penn Meadow, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4EB

Part two storey/part first floor side extension, first floor rear extension, front porch, changes to doors and windows, demolition of garage and removal of chimney.

Parish Comments:-  The proposal, by virtue of its constrained plot size is not of a form of development which is compatible with the scale and spacious pattern of development in the surrounding area. As such, the proposal would adversely impact upon this existing character and appearance of the area, contrary to policies EP3 and H9 of the South Bucks District Local Plan (Adopted March 1999) refer).

Hereby Refuse Permission

PL/20/2990/FA                  8 Rogers Lane, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4LD

Single storey rear and side extension.

Parish Comments: – No Comment.

Hereby Permits

PL/20/3187/SA                  Duffield Cottage, Park Road, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4PA

Certificate of Lawfulness for proposed outbuilding to replace existing shed.

Hereby Certify – Planning Permission not required.

NOTED APPEALS

PL/20/1590/FA                  Stoke Grange, Fir Tree Avenue, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4NN

Subdivision of plot and erection of dwelling house with detached garage.

Parish Comments:-  Object, Contrary to GB1

This proposal, if permitted would be likely to act as a precursor of further applications for similar types of development within this part of the Greenbelt, which the Planning Authority would find increasingly difficult to resist and which, which, cumulatively, would seriously prejudice the openness of the Greenbelt and the aims and objectives of Greenbelt policy.

Hereby Refuses Permission

Appeal received against refusal – Written Reps by 18 January 2021
