To note that elections will take place on May 6, 2021, circulated details of briefing sessions.
203/PC/21 – Virtual Meetings
To note that virtual meetings are due to stop after 7 May 2021, there is much debate still going on and this may change. To gauge a feeling of how this Council want to proceed, as there is no provision as yet to be allowed to carry on virtually.
To note that the Annual Parish Meeting is due to take place on 22 April 2021 via Zoom, to decide whether to continue even if to accept the minutes from 2019 and answer any questions or cancel again for this year.

Agreed at R & E to replace three noticeboards. Quotes obtained were for Oak and the committee agreed not to have oak and agreed they were too expensive. Alternatives are just as expensive! Oak, Aluminum and Man-Made quotes to be circulated before the meeting takes place if possible. To decide which to go with.
