YOU ARE SUMMONED TO ATTEND THE STOKE POGES PARISH COUNCIL MEETING TO BE HELD ON MONDAY 7 JUNE 2021 AT 7.30 P.M. IN THE CLUB ROOM AT THE VILLAGE CENTRE, ROGERS LANE, STOKE POGES, SL2 4LP
COVID-19 RULES ONLY ALLOW A MAXIMUM OF 15 PEOPLE IN THE ROOM AT ANYONE TIME, IF A MEMBER OF PUBLIC WISHES TO ATTEND THE MEETING PLEASE CONTACT THE CLERK IN ADVANCE SO THAT ARRANGMENTS CAN BE MADE. NO MORE THAN THREE PEOPLE OVER AND ABOVE MEMBERS CAN BE ALLOWED IN AT ANY ONE TIME AND PUBLIC SESSION QUESTIONS WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED ON GENUINE QUESTIONS ABOUT SOMETHING ON THE AGENDA (as per Standing Orders) A 3 MINUTE TIME SLOT (up to the 15 minutes public session time) ARRANGED IN ADVANCE WITH THE CLERK. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED AFTER THE AGENDA IS ISSUED. NO REQUESTS AFTER 12 NOON ON DAY OF MEETING.
Please be aware that social distancing requirements are in place and you will be required to wear a mask or face shield. I respectfully request that all attendees undertake a lateral flow test before attending the council meeting and that any person who tests positive and/or feels unwell should remain at home. Lateral flow tests are available from pharmacies free of charge; being a councillor is classified as working so please inform the pharmacy staff that you work when you are asked to provide a reason.
