Please be aware that social distancing requirements are in place, and you will be required to wear a mask or face shield. I respectfully request that all attendees undertake a lateral flow test before attending the council meeting and that any person who tests positive and/or feels unwell should remain at home. Lateral flow tests are available from pharmacies free of charge; being a councillor is classified as working so please inform the pharmacy staff that you work when you are asked to provide a reason.

007/RE/21     Football Bells Hill

Update and any decisions necessary.

008/RE/21     Nettleship Wood

Update on Frank Solari field and other paddocks. 

009/RE/21   Bells Hill and Plough Lane Recreation Grounds

Update and any decisions as required.

To note MUGA is being locked and unlocked by volunteer neighbours.  Trialing locking at 7pm and 8pm during summer holidays to be fair to users and to be neighbourly.

To note new zip wire and benches for Plough Lane have been fitted.

To note replacement fencing and gates around the two toddler areas has been completed.

Bells Hill Recreation Ground Zip Wire is broken and has rotted in the same way as the Plough Lane one and been taken out of use.  Quotation circulated to replace with a new one, to decide.

010/RE/21     Pavilion

Update and any decisions as required.

To agree to accept a quotation for a legionella water test and to continue annually.  Circulated.

To note Pavilion is being checked inside and out by the caretaker several times a week.

011/RE/21     Allotments

Update from Cllr Cox on allotments.

012/RE/21   Bells Hill Green

Update on Friends of Bells Hill working party.

To note that the statue is still to be re-lacquered as it needs several dry days between coats.

013/RE/21     Pond

To discuss and decide on upkeep of pond sluice gates, update from Cllr Finan.

014/PC/21   Santa Sleigh

Update on what is required for repairing the Santa Sleigh, to make any decisions required.

015/PC/21   Carols on the Green

Update on event for this year on Saturday 27 November 2021, to make any decisions required following on from Full Parish Council meeting.
