We have a duty of care to our members. Please DO NOT attend if you or anyone in your household has had COVID-19 symptoms in the last 7 days. This meeting follows Covid-secure rules. All participants will be requested to use hand sanitizer when entering and leaving the building and to wear a mask, doors and windows will be open and masks optional once seated. Update on request from resident to look at a proposed scheme to help prevent an accident in the absence of a lollipop person. Brought back.

100/PC/21 – Carols on the Green
Further update from Cllr Bassi and working party and to make any decisions around the event on 27 November 2021. To agree any additional spend.
To agree to allow the little houses display on the Bells Hill Green again this year.
101/PC/21 – Code of Conduct
Buckinghamshire Council have adopted a new Code of Conduct. To agree to adopt for Stoke Poges Parish Council as agreed at the last meeting. Circulated.
102/PC/21 – Queens Jubilee 2022
Deputy Lord Lieutenant Andrew Smith would like to support this event and also be involved in the possibility of the Queens Jubilee Trees. Dates recommended are Beacon lighting on Thursday 2 June 2022 and Big Lunch on Sunday 5 June 2022. To decide on Tree purchase. To discuss and decide our arrangements.
103/PC/21 – Remembrance Sunday 13 November 2021
To agree arrangements for the day at the flagpole. To decide who will lay the wreath and posies. To note that the Church members will be walking from the green to the church for their service and have asked for Councilor’s to help Marshall the event? Access to the church will be via Eventbrite.
104/PC/21 – Stoke Poges United Charity
Following a resignation and a term ending, two Parish Council nominations are required to the Charity, to agree.
105/PC/21 – Recreation & Environment Committee
To note that the committee have agreed to cancel the meeting due this evening after this Full Parish Council meeting and re-call it for Monday 25 October 2021, to agree to have these meetings on a separate date going forward, meaning the next meeting will be February 28th, 2022.
106/PC/21 – Grass Cutting/Maintenance Contract
Current agreement is a rolling one-year contract from April 2022. Current contractor would like to offer a 3 year contract this time but with no increases. To decide.
107/PC/21 – Bells Hill Green Maintenance Contract
To agree rolling on one further year from January 2022 with the increment in January being determined by the RPI for December f the preceding year as agreed last year.
108/PC/21 – BMKALC
To agree whether or not to join for 22/23. Costings circulated.
109/PC/21 – Stoke Poges Welcome Pack
Welcome pack put together by Cllr Thomas Hogg and the request of £19 towards the distribution, circulated. To decide.
110/PC/21 – Community SpeedWatch signs.
To agree to purchase eight signs to be installed at entry points to the parish, to indicate that Community SpeedWatch surveillance may be operating.
111/PC/21 – School Working Party
The group met last week so an update from Cllr Carter and Cllr Bagge and to discuss Body Worn Cameras and to decide if they can be purchased.
