We have a duty of care to our members. Please DO NOT attend if you or anyone in your household has had COVID-19 symptoms in the last 7 days. The main symptoms of COVID are – • A high temperature – this means you feel hot to the touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature) • A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours. • A loss of change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you have noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal. This meeting follows Covid-secure rules. All participants will be requested to use hand sanitiser when entering and leaving the building and to wear a mask, doors and windows will be open and masks optional once seated. Please consider whether it is necessary to attend in person.

Update on Frank Solari field and other paddocks.
Request from tenant to address some broken fence posts around the perimeter. Circulated.
022/RE/21 Bells Hill and Plough Lane Recreation Grounds
Update and any decisions as required.
To note MUGA is being locked and unlocked by volunteer neighbours. We Trialed locking at 7pm and 8pm during summer holidays to be fair to users and to be neighbourly, this worked well. No locking or un-locking during the winter months.
To note new zip wire for Bells Hill is still or order and will be fitted as soon as in stock.
To note that new signage needs to be produced for the Recreations Grounds and is required under Health and Safety. To agree the wording.
To agree to place two more bins in Bells Hill Recreation Ground due to excessive use. Cost £450 each including installation by County.
To note that the MUGA, and other pieces of play equipment require cleaning as they have a buildup of Green Algae, to remove graffiti and clean equipment and bins to agree to carry out under maintenance in the Spring.

To discuss and agree a way forward for the legionella water tests and to continue annually. Quotation circulated, to discuss and decide whether to go with the full maintenance contract or agree to have the system checked once a year instead.

Update on Friends of Bells Hill working party.
The trees on the Village Green need crown lifting, to agree to obtain quotes.
026/PC/21 Santa Sleigh
Update on what is required for repairing the Santa Sleigh, to make any decisions required. Update from Cllr Finan circulated.
To decide upon a request from Cllr Bassi to loan the Sleigh to a commercial business.
027/PC/21 Carols on the Green
Update on event for this year on Saturday 27 November 2021, to make any decisions required following on from Full Parish Council meeting on 11 October 2021.
