We have a duty of care to our members. Please DO NOT attend if you or anyone in your household has had COVID-19 symptoms in the last 7 days. The main symptoms of COVID are – • A high temperature – this means you feel hot to the touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature) • A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours. • A loss of change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you have noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal. This meeting follows Covid-secure rules. All participants will be requested to use hand sanitizer when entering and leaving the building and to wear a mask, doors and windows will be open and masks optional once seated.  Please consider whether it is necessary to attend in person.

To resolve to agree to the adoption of the equality policy as suggested by our solicitor. Circulated.

129/PC/21 – Footpath to Recreation Ground alongside Aldridge Place

Update from Cllr Bagge. Brought back from last meeting.

Update. To note that the clerk has spoken to the resident who requested this item and they have suggested the round signs with requests on that might be added to existing street furniture rather than new entry signs.  Clerk has requested this with officer from County to see if possible.

131PC/21 – Carols on the Green

Further update and final full written report from Cllr Bassi and working party and to make any final decisions around the event on 27 November 2021. To agree any additional spend.

132/PC/21 – Queens Jubilee 2022

Brought back from last meeting for further discussion/decision on what to do on Sunday 5 June 2022.

133/PC/21 – Remembrance 11 November 2021 and 14 November 2021

To note arrangements for the 11/11 day at the flagpole, meet at 10.45am, sound system in place, Chairman to say a few words and the Vicar attending and Rose and Crown offering tea and coffee afterwards. 

To note that on 14 November the Church members will be walking from the green to the church for their service and Cllrs Bagge, Carter and Finan will Marshall the event.

134/PC/21 – Finance Committee

To note that the committee have agreed to cancel the meeting due this evening after this Full Parish Council meeting and recall it for Monday 22 November 2021, to agree to have these meetings on a separate date going forward, meaning the next meeting will be June/July 2022.

To decide whether to continue streaming meetings on Zoom, and to decide whether to continue with the Zoom subscription.

To note agreed dates by Recreation & Environment committee for next years Litter Picks.
