We have a duty of care to our members. Please DO NOT attend if you or anyone in your household has had COVID-19 symptoms in the last 7 days. The main symptoms of COVID are – • A high temperature – this means you feel hot to the touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature) • A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours. • A loss of change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you have noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal. This meeting follows Covid-secure rules. All participants will be requested to use hand sanitizer when entering and leaving the building and to wear a mask, doors and windows will be open and masks optional once seated.  Please consider whether it is necessary to attend in person.

To note response from school about them being unhappy with the Parish Council for not holding the event there.  Circulated.

To note pond specialist been out to inspect but the report is not back in time for this meeting. To defer.

197/PC/22 – School Traffic/Traffic Watch Update

To discuss investigating changes at BC and parking enforcement is this something we could look to reintroduce in future?

To note 26th May 2022 School will host Jubilee celebrations. Can we lend equipment and help with set up and on the day? 

198/PC/22 – Section 106 and CIL training 15 March 2022

To agree to booking a place for this training at £90.  It is online training so Chair, Vice Chair of Planning and Clerk can attend.

199/PC/22 – Platinum Jubilee Event

To form a working party and start work on event and confirm which date to hold the event of picnic in the park.

200/PC/22 – Stoke Poges, Wexham and Fulmer Horticultural Society Request

The society wish to plant a tree to commemorate the Platinum Jubilee this year of Her Majesty the Queen. They have approached the Parish Council to help identify a site to plant the tree with a memorial plaque to commemorate. To discuss and decide.
