Update from working party and Cllr Carter as Chair of R & E on progression so far. To make any further decisions as required.

221/PC/22 – Stoke Poges, Wexham and Fulmer Horticultural Society Request

To Note update from the society that they have decided they could plant the tree in the Memorial Gardens, however if the Parish have a desire to have a tree else where they would like to know.  Wexham and Fulmer both having flowering Cherry Trees, one in a recreation ground and one on the highway.

To agree parking on the Recreation Ground for the annual show in July.

222/PC/22 – Plough Lane Gate

To note R & E had a request to do something with the gate entrance from Plough Lane onto Farthing Green Lane as the road is busier and dogs/children can run straight out.  To decide whether to install a gate or remove completely. Circulated.
