013/F/15 Apologies for Absence
014/F/15 Declarations of Interest
Members to declare any personal interest in any item of business as defined in the Code of Conduct 2012. If that interest is a disclosable pecuniary interest as defined in the Code; the member should withdraw from the meeting for that item.
015/F/15 Minutes
To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 1 June 2015 – previously circulated.
016/F/15 Stoke Poges News
To resolve to agree to increasing the rate per copy paid to deliverers for certain roads in the village.
To note that Stoke Park are sponsoring the Thomas Gray special edition of SPN.
017/F/15 Budget 2016/2017
To consider amounts to be included in the budgets for 2016/2017 (R & E items already done) to include Community Governance Review and Planning Equipment Costs and put forward a recommendation for the Parish Council Meeting to be held on 7 December 2015. Circulated.
018/F/15 Projects/Reserves/General Fund
To consider monies held in the General Fund and Reserves & Consider any new projects. To make recommendations to the Council for the cancellation of any existing Reserves and / or any changes to the sums held. Circulated.
019/F/15 Fighting Fund
To note status of fighting fund. To resolve to vire any funds if required from the general fund at the end of March 2016 up to another £50k for another statutory challenge cost if required.
020/F/15 Precept
To decide the recommended Precept requirement for 2016/17 for approval by the Parish
Council Meeting to be held on 7 December 2015.
021/F/15 Charity Bank
To discuss and decide whether to open a deposit for 12 months with this bank which is offering 1% interest.
