Threeways Doctors Surgery
We are a practice of four doctors supplemented by an experienced practice manager, reception and admin team, practice nurses and our community team.
Our practice manager, Carrol Green, is available to help you with any administrative or non-medical aspects of the practice. She is also available to discuss any comments or suggestions that you may have. You can write to her at our address or telephone her on 01753 646747.
Our receptionists and admin staff have extensive knowledge of the facilities and services in the practice. If you are unsure of anything, please ask and if you wish to speak in private, please say so.
Practice nurses and are available for consultation. They provide a number of services including general nursing care and health advice. They also run clinics to help with the management of chronic illness, such as asthma and diabetes. Appointments should be made through the receptionist.
We work closely with all members of the community team.
- The District Nurses (01753 645022) care for patients in their own homes and provide a wide range of services.
- The Health Visitors (01753 643907) give expert advice and support particularly for children and families.
- The Midwife provide maternity services at the surgery, with medical input from the doctors where needed. Appointments can be made via reception.
Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 12.30pm and 2pm – 6.30pm

The Lanes Medical Practice
