PL/23/2430/FA St. Andrews Church Centre, Rogers Lane, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4LN

Change of use to 2 flats. Formation of 6 parking spaces and provision of cycle storage.
Parish Comments:- Object.  Policy Com 2 applies.  The application will result in the loss of a Community Youth Hall and an Eco garden which has become very popular over the past few years, and is used extensively on a daily basis.
St Andrews Centre is used commercially and is highly busy.  The proposed parking area has had planning permission refused in the past due to a TPO on a tree that has a root protection area.

PL/23/2461/TP 7 Cherry Orchard, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4PY

Pine-fell (TPO 2008/30)
Parish Comments:- Unable to comment due there being no tree report from an arboriculturist and no valid reasons given for felling and we always object to any tree felling with no good reason.

PL/23/2380/FA Woodside, Templewood Lane, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4AN

First floor side extension.
Parish Comments:- Object. This application must be over the Green Belt 50% rules, due to the amount of previous applications and extensions at this property.

PL/23/2437/TP 21 Home Farm Way, Wexham, Bucks, SL3 6NZ

T1 Oak Tree – Remove. (SBDC, TPO No. 18, 1992)
Parish Comments:- Object to the loss of a healthy tree, no tree report from an arboriculturist and no valid reasons given to support the removal and we always object to any tree felling with no good reason.

PL/23/2347/FA 45 Sefton Close, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4LH

Proposed attached dwelling.
Parish Comments:- Object, Policy 8.55 applies as well as by virtue of its design, appearance and form, and the prominent location, a corner site on a corner plot, would result in an unsympathetic addition to the host building, out of keeping with the general pattern of development in the locality where the prevailing character comprises semi-detached dwellings. The proposal would therefore be detrimental to the character and appearance of the dwelling, the street scene and the visual amenities of the locality in general and as such are contrary to Policies EP3 and H11 of the South Bucks District Local Plan (adopted March 1999), Core Policy 8 of the Core Strategy (adopted February 2011) as well as the recommendations of the Townscape Character Study Part 2 adopted July 2015.
This proposal, if permitted would be likely to act as a precursor of further applications for similar types of development, which the Planning Authority would find increasingly difficult to resist.

PL/23/2367/TP Woodlands, Hollybush Hill, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4QN

T1 Oak – Crown reduce by approximately 1.5-2.5m and remove all dead wood. (SBDC TPO 04, 1956)
Parish Comments:- No Objection subject to the tree office report.

PL/23/2433/KA Stoke Park Ltd, Park Road, Stoke Poges, Bucks, SL2 4PG

Work to trees in accordance with a submitted schedule. (Stoke Park Conservation Area).
Parish Comments:- No Objection subject to the tree office report.

Condition 9 (Tree Protection) I write to advise that the information submitted in relation to condition 9 as part of application PL/22/3520/FA is not agreed. The plans submitted show the outline of a replacement dwelling rather than the approved extension. As such they do not accurately reflect the approved development, and the positioning and type of the required tree protection cannot be assessed for appropriateness and necessity in the context of the permission. Plans relating to how existing trees are to be protected during the construction of the approved extension will need to be submitted via a new application seeking to agree details pertaining to condition 9.
