Redevelopment of Sefton Business Park
Details of a pre-submission consultation

Some weeks ago, residents will have received a leaflet via Royal Mail directing them to the Sefton Business Park website. However, the website did not go live immediately. As of 1st December, the website is now up and running.
Two proposals will be submitted.
- For up to 317 dwellings, made up of apartments and new-build houses.
- A data centre and approximately 50 dwellings.
The website gives you the opportunity to comment directly to Sefton Business Park, so please do have a look and share your thoughts.
