Come and Sing
Stoke Poges Singers invite you to ‘Come and Sing’ choruses from Haydn’s The Creation.
For our ‘Come and Sing” day, we open our doors to any experienced singers or novices who would like to try out choral singing for the first time. Everyone is welcome! We start with a workshop to rehearse a standard of the choral repertoire, before a final run-through in front of friends and family.
The event takes place on Saturday 7th March at St Andrew’s Church Centre, Rogers Lane, Stoke Poges. Registration is from 1.30pm with a 2pm start. Informal final performance at 5.15pm (audience welcome – retiring collection).
Tickets for singers are £15 plus £3 music hire if required, for choir funds. This includes a buffet high tea.
