Update from deadline of 1 July given to respond regarding the lease. To discuss and decide how to proceed going forward.

Request for a stall for a raffle and if there is any charge – Circulated.
Request to re-imburse for their insurance costs – Circulated.

Update on meetings held.
065/PC/26 – Conservation Areas
Update on Stoke Green Conservation Area meetings held. Discuss and make decisions as necessary.
Discuss possible review of the Stoke Park Conservation Area. Cllrs. Carter and Crocker have a
meeting with Buckinghamshire Council on the 9 July 2026.
066/PC/26 – Charitable Trusts
To agree work costs from legals for advice to look at putting any land the Parish Council own under a charitable trust for protection in the same way other land is protected. Costs £1450.00, to decide and agree.
067/PC/26 – WWFC/The Buckinghamshire.
Update from Cllrs. Carter and Crocker on a meeting held with the CEO of WWFC
