120/PC/25 - Declarations of interest

Members to declare any personal interest in any item of business as defined in the Code of Conduct adopted 2021. If that interest is a disclosable pecuniary interest as defined in the Code, the member should withdraw from the meeting for that item.

To approve the minutes of the Council meeting held on 13 October 2025 (previously circulated).

122/PC/25 – Buckinghamshire & Milton Keyes Association of Local Councils (BMKALC)

To decide whether to join following presentation given by Chief Executive Officer.

123/PC/25 – Southeast Bucks Board

Update from Cllr Bassi.

Request from Bucks on which ward we wish to support which priority interests us the most, sent to Councillor Bassi to action. Requested deadline to after today’s meeting.

To note that the continuation for a Community Asset Value with Buckinghamshire Council, is being considered and can take 8 weeks for a decision.

128/PC/25 – Threeways Surgery

Update following meeting held on 16 October.

129/PC/25 – Plough Lane Medical Centre

Offer to purchase the freehold, to decide. Brought back from last meeting. To decide.

130/PC/25 – Allotment Agreement

Following agreement last month to take a large deposit from new holders a decision is required to spend money on upgrading vacant plots to a standard that will be required when giving the plots back, to enable the deposit to be refunded.

131/PC/25 – Carols on the Green 29 November 2025

To discuss and make any decisions about the event.

Update about SP Singers attending.

To Note that the Clerk has contacted the Rose & Crown to ask if they wanted to pay for the mulled wine which has been agreed.

To note that the Clerk has contacted Superspeed to ask if they wanted to pay for the grotto presents which has been agreed.

To note that the Clerk has written to the Coop to ask if they would be willing to supply the mince pies which has been agreed.

Update on sourcing the Marshalls.

Note that Cllr Carter confirmed that 28 plus stalls had signed up. To decide on whether to use the hall will be made when we have final numbers.

To note no issues with SAG received so far.

To note Banners are being done.

Update on robust response being written by Cllr Carter and Cllr Harwood.

Brought back from last month with update from Farnham Parish Council.

To note that a response was written by our consultant as agreed and submitted before the deadline.

To note response from CAMRA sent to all Parishes. Circulated.

To consider commissioning a Settlement Spatial Plan and a Green belt assessment to assist us with speculative planning applications and further development. Quote to be tabled.

To agree new quote for Football hire agreement. Circulated.

To agree 11/11 service at the Green and to note that the Rose and Crown have offered tea/coffee.

To note that the land being leased to a dog walking tenant will not be up for sale/lease as previously thought. To agree not to pursue further. Details circulated

To note that two PIP applications for Magnolia Farm have been submitted and the planning

committee have agreed to our consultants writing the comments.
