018/RE/24 Items by Members of Public Present first 15 Minutes.
The meeting is open to the public and press and the first 15 minutes will be reserved, if required, for the public

019/RE/24 Apologies for absence.
020/RE/24 Declarations of interest
Members to declare any personal interest in any item of business as defined in the Code of Conduct 2012. If that interest is a prejudicial interest as defined in the Code, the Member should withdraw from the meeting for that item.
021/RE/24 Minutes
To approve the minutes of the R&E Committee held on 3 June 2024 (previously distributed)
022/RE/24 Football Bells Hill
To confirm that the Football Club has folded, and that all equipment will be removed from site and keys returned
to the Clerk by 31 October 2024.
To note that something will be in the Stoke Poges Newsletter to advertise the space.
023/RE/24 Nettleship Wood
Update on Frank Solari field and other paddocks, make any decisions necessary.
Request from paddocks tenant to clear the ditches last done in 2017. Council to decide who is responsible for this going forward. Circulated.
024/RE/24 Bells Hill and Plough Lane Recreation Grounds
Update and any decisions as required.
Tennis Club
To note that the Clerk has heard nothing from the club about the drain issue and has chased.
Bells Hill
To note that a tree root in the recreation ground is starting to lift the jogging trail in four places. Our contractor has looked and suggested it is removed. The neighbour whom it backs onto to is very happy for the tree to be removed. To decide Quote circulated.
To note that one new piece of equipment is on order.
Plough Lane
Update and any decisions as required.
To note that two new pieces of equipment are on order.
025/RE/24 Pavilion
Update and any decisions as required.
To note that the maintenance work on the pavilion has taken place satisfactorily. The trees behind have been pollarded and new hard standing will be laid, and all rubbish removed.
To note that the Solar Panels were installed satisfactorily. The Clerk is still fact finding and will aim to present her findings at the next meeting.
026/RE/24 Allotments
Update from Cllr Cox on allotments.
Request from one allotment holder about removing/reducing trees on his plot which house the bees. To decide.
027/RE/24 Bells Hill Green
Update on upkeep of Green and to make any decisions necessary.
028/RE/24 Carols on the Green
Update from Cllrs. Carter/Crocker and to make any decision necessary.
029/RE/24 – To agree price increases for the following for the budgets for the financial year 2025/2026.
Football Teams
To consider and decide annual rent costs for 2025/26 for budgets for all teams.
Paddocks
To consider and decide rent costs for grazing contracts and annual increase for 2025/26 for budget.
Pavilion
To consider and decide annual rent costs for 2025/26 in new pavilion for budgets for all of the uniformed groups.
